Use of licensed, prescreened vendors covering all specialties including: appliance repair, window coverings, concrete, carpet cleaning, tile repair and installation, electricians, exterminators, general cleaning, glass replacement, handymen, plumbers, painters, roofers, general contractors and attorneys.
